Make a club where you find a few people who want to fix up their houses but don't know how. So they take a courses and teach each other. Raise funds for projects through fundraisers and do charity work.
You can have car improvement clubs too, where a bunch of people take courses for car education. Raise money for cars. Do it with old troops and churches.
