Certain things take a lot of wisdom

A few things pastors should remember when handling certain things that enrage people. When dealing illegal subjects in a crowd, you don't threaten, ensite riots, withhold property or money that theirs or turn a crowd against them or harass them or commit illegal crimes to retaliate. You let police handle punishment, you don't put the law in your own hands. Teach your congregation to do the same. Follow the police on hard situations.
